When we bred Storm, the thought hadn't even occured to us that we would keep a pup from her litter. After all we had two beautiful girls and they kept us more than busy.

But by the end of the night when all the pups had been born and Storm lay sleeping with them content, I knew i'd be keeping one.

All the pups were so tiny and absolutely beautiful, and I knew it would be a hard job picking just one. So I even contemplated keeping them all....however this thought only stayed with me for about 2 seconds and then reality beat me over the head with its reality stick, twelve dogs .....I think i'd be thrown out of my house, with the twelve dogs.

So the process of elimination started. I couldn't keep a girl because I had two girls already, so it was down to the boys. All the boys have fabulous markings, but one lay there sleeping and just reminded me of my boy 'Ben', but not only did he have the same markings as Ben but he had the same sort of markings as his Sire Murphy........so it had to be him. Kane was picked and I would be keeping him and if Kane turns out half as good looking as Ben or Murphy, then I will be chuffed...........to be honest now it doesn't even matter because we love him already.

My little stud muffin.......loves the camera, he must know how gorgeous he is!

 

 

 

 

Kane is now coming up to 6 months old and is getting more and more handsome everyday. Every time we walk him we are getting people stopping us and asking to buy him. He is maturing beautifully with a strong thickset head and body and is fast becoming a strong good-looking dog like his Dad Ch Murphy.

He has become a well-behaved puppy that loves to play, chase Bella over the A-Frame, harass Rage and then cuddle up with Storm at the end of the day.
